What if I mess up when I install my vinyl wall art?

Vinyl installation is not difficult, but mistakes do happen. If you damage your graphic when installing it, please contact us for a replacement. We will replace accidentally damaged items free of charge - you pay only for the shipping.

I changed my mind about the color. Can I return my vinyl graphic?

If you are not satisfied with a standard item that you have purchased, you may return it for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less shipping). Items must be returned in new condition, still mounted on application tape and backing paper, and free of creases. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom orders are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our end.

Do I need special tools to install my vinyl graphic?

We have seen people use everything from popsicle sticks to credit cards to kitchen spatulas to apply their graphics, but we feel that the best installation tool is a plastic squeegee designed for vinyl installation. Don't have a vinyl squeegee - don't worry - you will receive a squeegee in our FREE installation kit that is shipped with every order. We have found that a water-soluble pencil works well for making alignment marks for your graphic. It writes just like any other colored pencil, but after installation, the marks can be easily removed with a damp rag.

What if I don't see exactly what I'm looking for on your website?

Contact us with your exact needs. We should be able to custom design anything you can dream up. We will send a proof for your approval before placing the order. Can I order one of your standard products, but with a different font? Of course you can. Contact us with the SKU # or wording of the product you would like, and the font you would like to use. We will send a proof for your approval.

Can I design my own vinyl wall art?

Absolutely. There are two ways for you to do this:

The first (simple) way is best for text only graphics. Layout a rough idea of what you're looking for in any program that you know how to use (Corel Draw, Print Shop, etc). Send us an image file (jpeg, tiff, png, etc.) of your design, along with a list of the fonts used. In some cases, we can simply trace the edges of your design with our vector software. In most cases, we will simply do a fresh layout of your design with our software and send you a proof before ordering.

The second (best) way is to use software designed for creating and editing vector graphics. We use Adobe Illustrator in our studio. A 30-day free trial of Adobe Illustrator is available at www.adobe.com A free, open-source alternative is Inkscape, available at www.inkscape.com Corel Draw is another familiar program than many people use. Many other vector design programs are available, ranging in price from free to several hundred dollars. Once you have finished your design, send it to us in a VECTOR format (usually .ai or .eps format) We can print your design exactly as you submit it to us. Please note the size you would like your finished graphic to be, as well as the color(s) of vinyl you would like us to use. We will send you a price quote and an invoice and print your graphic upon payment of the invoice.

Is there anything you won't print?

As a Christian, family-owned business, we reserve the right to refuse to print anything that we deem inappropriate or objectionable. But who would want to put something like that on their walls anyhow?

Can you do other kinds of lettering - vehicle graphics, window lettering, etc?

We can produce vinyl lettering for almost any situation, and at a far lower price than a local sign shop. We can also supply you with everything you need for installation. Outdoor vinyl is available in virtually any color, and also with several different levels of cost and durability. Contact us with your exact needs and we will find a solution for you.

What about printed vinyl banners?

We can do printed vinyl banners for indoor or outdoor use. Contact us with your needs, and we will discuss the available options with you.
